Stargazer pure tea kombucha is a traditional form of kombucha that you won’t find in stores. We ferment fine single-origin teas and express their delicate and complex flavors.

All varieties of our kombucha contains just four simple ingredients: filtered water, organic raw cane sugar, live kombucha culture, and loose leaf tea.

We use certified organic black and green teas, and wildcrafted Cota. Our kombucha is also unpasteurized, raw, and vegan.

The resulting drink is bold, authentic, and proudly handmade in New Mexico.
