Kombucha is a fermented tea drink known to contain beneficial live yeasts and bacteria, beneficial acids, antioxidants, polyphenols and B vitamins.

Probably originating in Dynastic China, it has been enjoyed as a tonic for at least 2,000 years, believed to aid the digestion and impart a feeling of well-being.

Over the ages and across cultures it has been known by many names including Elixir of Life, Manchurian Mushroom, Russian Flower, Medusa Tea, Olinka, Hongo — and just plain old booch.

Whatever you call it, we hope you’ll enjoy our kombucha as a refreshing low-sugar alternative to sodas and fruit juices — or as a non-intoxicating alternative to beers, ciders, and wines.
