COTA/ NAVAJO TEA

 

Cota is a caffeine-free medicinal herb indigenous to New Mexico.

 

It is used to treat anxiety, fever, and stomach ailments. It has also long been prized as a dye for traditional textiles and baskets.

 

It produces a sweet, golden kombucha with notes of pine, cucumber, and rosewater.

A flowering herb grown in New Mexico, blended with Chinese Gunpowder and Japanese Bancha green teas.
